• Client Services / Receptionist

     

    Our company is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and talented individual to join our team as our Client Services Representative and Office Administration Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient running of our office operations. In this position, you will play a crucial role in our team, becoming a liaison between our company and our clients.

    Responsibilities:
     

    - Greet visitors and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

    - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls

    - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed

    - Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and logistics

    - Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required

    - Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for company records and documents

    - Coordinate and oversee office events and celebrations to promote a positive work culture

    - Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment

    - Collaborate with team members to support and enhance the overall office culture

     

    Required Qualifications:

     

    - College Degree

    - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service

    - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    - Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office

    - Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize workload in a fast-paced environment

    - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and initiatives

    - Positive team-oriented attitude.
